About Topaz Care Living
At Topaz Care Living, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized care and support to young people. Our mission is to equip young adults, aged 16 and above, with the skills and tools needed for a seamless transition to independent living and their own tenancy. We also offer comprehensive support services for care leavers, unaccompanied asylum-seeking children, young people with complex needs or offending behaviour, and those at risk of sexual exploitation. Our person-centered approach recognises the individuality of each young person, tailoring our support to their unique experiences. In our group homes, we create a safe, family-oriented environment where our staff lead by example, fostering the development of essential life skills. With premises in Huddersfield, Manchester, and Sheffield, we operate across the north of England, offering a broad reach. What sets us apart is our partnership with a sister company specialising in property development, which enables us to quickly and efficiently secure suitable homes for young people, and help them move on into indepentend housing.
